Anyone know if there is any kosher food at Disneyland in Anaheim? We're going there with some friends that keep kosher and want to know if there is anything there other than just keeping away from the meat products.

Thanks for the advice. In the end we bought stuff for lunch and kept it in a cooler in the car. We snuck in some snacks and when they found them the second day the kosher card was played and they said there was no problem bringing them in. And Disneyland was GREAT!

I just came back from a week at WDW Florida and had no problem bringing in 8 LaBriute meals a day for our family along with snacks, sandwiches and drinks Security didn't care and neither did any one else We just found a quiet corner heated up our meals and eat with no problem

Why would disneyland care if you bring in Kosher Food?
By the way BaDatz, which BaDatz do you represent? I hope it is not CH, as i am not sure which Rabbi you hold of?

A few years ago when I was looking for an e-mail label everthing I tried came back taken. On a whim I tried Badatz and it was accepted
As simple as that

It isn't an issue of Kosher it is an issue of taking in food which will allow you to avoid their expensive concessions.

Technically, you're not allowed to bring in food. However, at least at WDW, I've seen plenty of people do it.
Security isn't there to check to see if you're smuggling in food, and I've never even heard of someone being stopped because of it.

The guard who checked my bag last week at WDW looked at my LaBriute meal and said, "boy that looks good. Maybe you'll invite me to have some"
I think that the people at Disney know that the Kosher consumer is not going to buy their trief food just because they are in the park and try to accommodate them as much as possible
All the ice cream carts have the Hechshers of the individual item clearly displayed on the sales poster, because someone at Disney realized that this will increase sales and that is what they are ultimately interested in
Additionally you can ask at every food vendor to see the site book which lists all items sold at that location including many times, copies of the package label.
This will allow those who want to, to buy a Kosher bagel, hot pretzel, use condiments etc (each according to their level of observance)
There is also fresh meat choices available at Tommy's Starlight Cafe in the Magic Kingdom with no pre order necessary
There is really no problem. Bring what you want from home, supplement it with what is available, and have a good time

Many kudos to Disney. Always top notch. Now if some other companies would learn a thing or two from them! ^

I bought a kosher instant dinner at Disneyland some 10+ years ago on a USY trip and it was relatively tasty.

LaBriute is a great recent invention of self heating Glatt Kosher meat, dairy and vegetarian meals.
The portions are large, tasty (not Gourmet) do not need to be refrigerated and have the best benefit of all that they can be used anywhere, anytime
Their website is www.labriute.com (http://www.labriute.com)
