Cal me bizarre but...

The upgrade queue always goes ahead and clears people (when upgradeable F seats are available) at midnight of the day of the window. Even, if I see chances are small, I alway sit it out till midnight (Central time), to see that either I am waitlisted or clear my upgrade. I did that last night as well, and luckily my waiting was worthwile as me and my mom cleared!!! Anyone else does this waiting thru the night till the upgrade Q comes about???

You sit and wait for the upgrade Q to come about as well. Kudos to ya as well then!

The real question is who stays up and waits for HP upgrades to clear at 3am EST?

Since the advent of the upgrade queue and the sweep, I haven't waited to midnight for upgrades to clear since 2002 (queue was available for CP only at first - and then when they went to electronic upgrades - available for all Preferreds). Sleep is good.

I'm sure with my advanced age I'm missing something, but why would you stay up to see if you cleared? Do you think you will have a better chance, like their computers are monitoring who's online at the time and will reward them with the upgrade? :D

Certainly, it's your prerogative to do so, but like CLTflter said, "Sleep is good"!!

I am probably a little OCD, but staying up and waiting on an upgrade notification is not one of my issues! Sleep is very good and the upgrade will be there tomorrow if it is meant to be! :)
