Don't ever send mail to Sky Harbor Boulevard. That's done STRICTLY to delay the arrival of complaints to the main building in Tempe (on Rio Salado)...it's scandalous, but they do it.

Your b-s response from them will come a lot faster if you mail to HQ

This isn't my experience. I've sent mail to DM at the Sky Harbor address and it's been routed to their center in Tempe and I've received a response within two days of my mailing it.

I think it has more to do with the volume of mail the 'customer relations' department is receiving of late and their bare-bones staffing of the department than it does a delay in the inter-company mail system.
