Please consider attending the excellent outdoor book fair Printers Row this weekend. Located on Dearborn, between Congress and Polk (500S to 1100S). Easily accessible by Metra, bus, or "L." 10 am - 6 pm both days.
170+ dealers, hundreds of thousands of books, postcards, prints, engravings, autographs, posters, etc. From 25 cents to 5 figures.
Weather forecast: low-mid 70s, sunny, 20% chance of rain. Better than we usually have for the Fair by a long shot.
I'll have a couple thousand books, including hundreds of different titles from the Oxford World's Classics series (http://www.us.oup.com/us/catalog/general/series/OxfordWorldsClassics/?view=usa), $4 each, 4 for $15, including sales tax. Also some books on tape and VHS tapes and a variety of other stuff. Come visit at my sidewalk table #229, near the poetry tent and introduce yourself.
Extensive details about the dealers, author readings and signings, children's activities, cooking demonstrations, etc. available at:
www.printersrowbookfair.org
There was a pullout section in the May 28 Sunday CHICAGO TRIBUNE with all the details.
