Wow, I was going over the T&C of the new Dividend miles program and stumbled upon this on the upgrades page:

Travel must be booked using an e-ticket (electronic ticket).

Most of my trips include a Caribbean Sun segment which FORCES me to use paper tickets. Does that mean I can't get e-upgrades anymore? Is this new or has it always said this? If this is the case bye bye US.

Also, it doesn't mention anything about what fare classes will be vaild on the chairman certs for next year. I wonder if they are going to make them on any fare class as they should be (a true SWU). If so they will be seeing my transcon business in September, if not then it will a U trip in E+.
