I took the liberty of pilfering this menu from the Midwest board. These meals are Buy on Board for everyone.

But if we follow Doogie & Snot's "Revenue-Neutral" concept would you if you ended up in coach be happy with this menu and pricing?

Also if you were in first would you be happy if it were free?

I've had many of these and they are quite good, far better than the ALPO US Airways serves.

They will NEVER do this! This would mean that they would have to give..yes give...the F/c cabin this product. US will not do it! They took away all of the F sandwiches, which cost them NOTHING!

Oh well, my meal on NW was quite good!

Midwest is an awesome airline, I am flying them now regularly thanks to their nonstops. The service is excellent, baked on board chocolate chip cookies and clean airplanes (love the 717 too). I haven't tried the BOB food yet, I've been getting the airport early and getting something there.

I would definitely

But it would also mean that F would have to be better (well it should mean that)

I'd hit it!

But seriously, all of those choices look awesome and would be perfect as BOB meals and F-cabin giveaways.

I don't think US East's buy-on-board is that bad to begin with - in fact, I prefer the BOB Italian panini sandwich to anything served in the F-cabin. The F food right now is really crap. :td:

The Song "Fruit and Cheese" Plates for $5 were pretty good. I chatted up the flight attendants on Song and got 3 free martinis and 2 fruit and cheese plates. Not bad for a ~$200 roundtrip transcon flight.
