Looking for a little FT help out there.

I'll be getting married next May in PHL, where my SO's parents live. I've crawled my way up to CP and figure there must be some good ops out there to earn some miles...

We both have separate US MC and Visa's, but in anyone's experience in planning their wedding in or near PHL or elsewhere how to rack up the miles. I thought about charging all the rooms on my credit card, etc... or people's plane tickets on my US card since many will be coming in on US, etc...

Also need some hotel suggestions in the PHL area. I figure there are alot of US board people out of PHL and I'm interested mainly in US miles.

Its at the Glen Foerd Mansion in PHL, so was thinking about having folks stay downtown for activities. The place is in North Philly.. though I'm not from PHL so don't know the area well....

I"m hoping to use what ever miles we might earn on a 1 year anniversary trip or as another poster suggested... for my first child. :)
