Hello there,
So - some months ago we got round trip ticket for two w/ the $99 companion ticket certificate for Usair MCard (Juniper).
Fair amount of paperwork - sending certificate to AmericaWest, etc etc.
For some reason - my partner was listed as main traveler on the itinerary - so he is the one that is listed as paying the full ticket - I am listed as the 'companion traveler paying cheaply'.
It turns out that after we get to SEA - I have to go someplace else on business (also on America West) - and have paid for a totally separate ticket. I'm leaving the same day as our original return to PVD - but a few hours earlier.
So - thinking this through - is there any risk of PNC being cancelled halfway through my partner's return trip because I, as second traveler, didn't show for the return, and indeed went someplace else? He will be connecting through PHL. Again, the full-price ticket is under his name - the 'certificate' ticket under mine.
It would not be a good situation.
Thnx!
