I still can't access my account on the new website, but I spent a few minutes today looking at the DM program as shown. Please correct me if I am wrong, but it appears from this CHART (http://www2.usairways.com/awa/content/dividendmiles/staralliance/accrualchart.aspx#ana) that UA will only earn 125% on paid C and D and 150% on paid F. Previously you earned 150% on C, D, and F.
Also looking at the Preferred Benefits at a Glance HERE (http://www2.usairways.com/awa/content/dividendmiles/preferred/benefits.aspx) that the Preferred Bonus will only be earned on US flights. Gone are the bonuses for NH and UA. I tried to open the Preferred Benefits guide on the "new amazing website" HERE (http://www2.usairways.com/awa/content/dividendmiles/programdetails/preferredguide.aspx) and can't get any of the .pdf files to open. Can anyone else? Please say it ain't so!!!! Someone show me the flaw in my logic.......

The pdf's are now opening as blank white pages. Just another US failing.
There is no flaw in your logic. There is instead, a flaw in US's logic. It is just coming home to roost for them now, but they are still ignoring it. That will just make the outcome worse for them and better for us as we move to other carriers.

Fear not, Dukeman, click on the preferred bonus mile percentages and find
"Members earn an automatic mileage bonus for all paid, qualifying flights on US Airways, US Airways Express carriers, US Airways Shuttle, ANA, United, Hawaiian and Big Sky Airlines."

Anyone ever stop to think that this is what they want?
Thin the elite ranks and then reward only the most loyal?
This guys wouldn't not honesty and forthrightness if it hit them square in the arse. Like I said, getting very dificult to do business with liars at ANY price, neverminding a premium price as is often the case.
I am now once VERY P.O'ed Cockroach. EVERY litle thing that I used to overlook is going to be elevated to Customer Relations. No more benefit of the doubt. They want to hammer me? Fine let the war start.
My attitude right now is I'm going to stay simply because they want me to leave. My goal at this time is to become such a thorn in their side that Doug Parker himself calls me and asks me to please fly someone else.
Airlines never cease to amaze me. They have yet to figure out that in the end the customer holds ALL the cards and despite all their little games in the end we win. So why the fight? I can get Plat on CO tomorrow amd that opens up a whole world for me same as comp on UA. I can use Spirit for a great many things. I don't need US Airways, but I'd argue that they need me and others like me.

Excellent! Thanks. I feel a little better. I just wish they hadn't devalued the UA C bonus. Now if only they would allow me to access my account and connect with the CP desk......

Unless you are willing to drive to Newark from Long Island, how can you use CO ... they don't fly that much from Long Island

I fly out of PHL and EWR is equidistance from the Pine Barrens of NJ if your question was for me?
