The old HP site would let me pull up a trip and change seats. Although the view reservation screen seems almost identical to the old HP site...the option to change seats is gone it seems? Is there a new way to do this or did they take it away? I don't book on the web, but with corp travel agency.

I haven't tried this yet, but it wouldn't surprise me, as the old US website didn't allow changing of seats after booking. The MIN() function strikes again!

I can change seats for all of my upcoming flights, just I used to be able to do on the old HP site.

If I recall correctly, you could only do this if you purchased your ticket on their website. Did you purchase your ticket via americawest.com or usairways.com?

I booked on the old USAirways.com and can't change seat assignments. Of course I can't even view the reservation unless I know the confirmation code (I understand that this glitch only applies to reservations made on the old system). Eventually someone who booked through the new website should be able to relate a tale...

This same thing happened when HP did a website upgrade a couple of years ago. All reservations prior to that date were no longer listed in your profile. I guess it was just too much work to bridge them.
