I believe richard meant the San Franciso forum which is this thread's new home, where it joins airport inquiries for all the Bay Area airports.

T1 or T2, does not matter. You're in for long lines. Picture a zoo, then remove the class and style.

Also remove the pretentiousness and self-importance one often sees at SFO.

Keep in mind that you can go through T1 or T2 for all gates. If one line looks absurdly long (T2 way out on the sidewalk or T1 snaking around baggage claim), it might be worth a short walk to the other terminal to see if the other line is shorter.
