The three rooms part is tricky. If you can get a suite at a hotel that would be ideal, but since you're speficically asking for an apartment, you might want to try craigslist.org under short term or tempoary.

Hopefully the SF forum will have better answers to this.

It's not exactly what you were looking for but you may wish to check out a Gay operated B&B right in the Castro District. http://www.willowssf.com/ They often offer discounts for extended stays so you never know.
