Want to book ticket to the O.
What seats are best to go for? On the date I want I can get the very front row in front of the stage ($150) or the very front row in the center balcony ($99)
I don’t know if I should go for the front row seats or save the money and take the balcony.
It’s difficult to decide without being familiar with the theatre, as sometimes being in the front row is just too close.
By the way they call the front row seats they are offering me ‘Wet seats’, how wet would we actually get?
Can anyone here give me any advice on what to go for?

The best seats are from the middle to the back of the front center section. I personally would be happy to sit in the front row but you may miss some of the "gestalt" of the water aquatics. I think the balcony is too far away.

I would not sit in the very front row. This show has so much going on all around the stage and theater for that matter that middle to back is a good seat. I sat in the 3rd row of the balcony and it was not bad but if you can get closer go for it.

I've purchased LOGIA seats for $125 for a show in July. They are almost all the way to the right. How are these seats?

I didn't like them because you get a side view of the stage meaning a cramp in your neck and missing out on the symmetry of the performance.

I agree, I'd try to sit as close to the center as possible. Unlike some Cirque shows, I felt that sitting closer to the stage might have made the overall experience more enjoyable.
Wet seats? I imagine just some spray from the water... not drenching like the splash zone @ sea world. :)

I went with some friends and we had middle section seats in row I (I think), section 103 (center orchestra, ~10th row). I think these would be the best in the theater, aside from the small amounts of the show that happened behind us in the aisle between the Orchestra and Upper Orchestra seats. For the stage activity, we had a full view without having to constantly turn and were close enough to have clear view of everything going on. I felt if we were in the first few rows it would be cool to tell other people but a good bit harder to see all that was going on.
flytheworld,
Did you buy tickets?
I have sat in the front row of the centre balcony, and these seats were fine.
The stage is so big that you might miss some action on the periphery if you are in a 'wet' front-row seat.
If I was to go again and couldn't get regular seats I'd be happy with the 'restricted view' seats (only a handrail in front, insignificant).
There are discussions of 'O' seats here regularly - use the search button above to find other seats that would appear to be sold out - MGM hotels & probably others are surte to hold blocks of tickets, or can get them without much trouble. Easy! :)

What seats are best to go for? ?
THe best seats are at La Reve for a show like "O" only much better music, better theatre (not a bad seatinf section in the place) and fresher all around. Not saying "O" is bad, just LaReve is much better IMO then "O" if you have to choose between them. Good Luck

Just saw O last week. We were in section 204 (upper orchestra), a few rows back, towards the middle, seats were $125. I thought the seats were great and would not have liked to be in the front not being able to see things going on behind me. The theatre itself was a lot smaller than I anticapted-I worried we were too far back, but that was not the case.

How did you get hold of these seats?
I contacted the Bellagio, told them I will be staying one night there (I thought I would stay there one night out of my 3 nights in Vegas, just so that I could get hold of the best seats for the show) and they told me the seats they hold back are sections 102 ($150) and 202 ($125).
Surely these are not the best seats in the house, as sections 103/203 are the middle sections.
How on earth to I get hold of them if even the Bellagio won't offer them to me?
THe best seats are at La Reve
Sadly there are no performances of La Reve while we are there.
The show seems to be closed in Sep? Can anyone confirm this?

"O" seating: http://www.bellagio.com/images/ent/O_theatre.gifmy seats were row g and dead center so we were roughly in the same area and i couldn't agree more on the location-you can see everything

The hotel just confirmed to me that section 103 is kept for Casino players (the heavy Casino players I assume...)
They can offer me 203 for the same price as 102, so full price $150 seats.
Would I be better off in 203 which is higher up but more central or 102 which is lower down but on the side?

Can't speak to anywhere else -- we got the seats opened through relatives of friends of our group that work on the crew for "O", though they weren't even sure we'd be able to get the tickets until a few days prior and we were there mid-week.
I would guess that front zone 203 would be about equivalent, but I'd go with someone else's recommendation if they have one. You may find that 103 section seats open at the very last minute if you check in with the box office and you're willing to gamble (it is Vegas, isn't it?) that seats would open.

I believe we were in section 103 and we got them because of a connection we had to the producer. If your have the choice of 203 and more central and higher up I would opt for that, as opposed to being lower and on the side.
The show is great.
