Does anybody have the link? I used to have it...lost it, looked on the website, and can't find it anywhere.

For some reason I remember it being different from thethe customer service one: http://www.usairways.com/customers/contact/consumeraffairs.htm. The page used to have a picture of a crew inside a plane...or something like that with a form you fill out.

Haven't been able to use it in quite a while. But just had a really awesome crew on a flight this week and wanted to send off a letter. One F/A was just an angel.

Yeah...I just don't put much stock in the accuracy of the website(s) until the merger is done and they are under one name. For some reason I recall it being a different page with a picture. Oh well...I've been known to dream before! :confused:

You're right - it did exist as you describe. I can't remember where exactly, but the latest iteration was at the bottom of some obscure page that didn't make any sense to me. It was something like "here's what's in the happy meal box" and "oh, by the way... here's that employee thing".
