Any leads on where to get the best business or first class fares from either SLC or any west coast city to HNL? Thanks.
Before I had status I used to purchase first class fares from LAX-OGG for ~$1600 from a local (LA based) asian travel agency. This was about 2 yrs ago...I've heard the price is about the same now into HNL.
Now I just buy cheapo coach and upgrade to first with an appropriate upgrade instrument.
