Any places / bars to watch the NCAA basketball tournament games on TV, preferably live - the evening games in the US, should be on in the morning in Japan. Any advice would be appreciated.

Any recommendations for good bars / clubs, especially near the ANA hotel, Reppongi / Akasaka, are also welcome

I was wondering the same thing a year ago. The internet sometimes has free streaming video, check out NCAA.org or CBS.com. My guess would be, if you were near a military installation that they might have the feed. I know the New Sanno Hotel in Hiroo has US TV channels because it is an armed forces hotel. For regular restaurants or bars, I have no clue, good luck.
