I stayed at the BDL Sheraton on the above dates in between a trip to SLC, and I found the property to be first-rate in many ways. Rooms, (both regular and "club" were clean), food in the lobby restaurant was quite good and quite fairly priced, for an airport property. Compared to past visits, Sheraton seems to be making strides to keep this a #1 property, and it shows! Parking is a breeze, and the location over the terminal makes for an easy check in for a 6:00AM flight, (or a 11:20PM arrival)! :)

Agree, this hotel treats you right. Have stayed at this property a few times, and have always been welcomed back. The entire staff is friendly, the hotel is always clean, and the food is great. My only suggestion to them is to build a better bar, seems the existing bar is way too small.

I've used the bar at the BDL Sheraton as a quasi President's Club while waiting to fly CO. The beer selection is good as they have a couple/few New England micros on tap and the clam chowder is great.

Two years ago my wife and I couldn't stand-by on an earlier flight so we sat in the lobby area outside the bar and watched "I, Robot" on my laptop while getting served from the bar. It was great.
