I'm planning our next trip in a few weeks, and I can't remember if the Kailua Beach Park (Lanaki) has public grills available. I remember Ala Moana Park did, but were impossible to use on President's day last year. The websites I'm finding just mention Picnic areas, but no mention of grills. If it does have them, what's the policy on using them, where to dump the charcoal when finished, etc.
