Best rated money exchange for Singapore dollar to Vietnam Dong in Hanoi?

I need to change my remaining Singapore dollars to VND upon arrival in Hanoi?

I don't know about SD to dong direct conversion. If it were me I'd change the Sing to US dollars at the SIN airport. Almost no loss conversion, as they have great no commission exchange rate at SIN.

Many small shops and street vendors in Hanoi will take US dollars, the unofficial second currency of VN. Have lots of small bills.

For a fair exchange in Hanoi the main Post Office downtown next to the lake was as good as any a few years back on my last visit for changing USD. The government loves exchanging locally printed money for hard US currency. :D
