Quick question:
How fast can I expect to be at the Willard Intercontinental if I take US 2169, landing in DCA at 11:10 AM?
Thanks in advance!

Assuming you land to the North, which puts you in better position for the US terminal, the aircraft is marshalled to the gate quickly, and you're in F, you should be off the plane and on your way in less than 10 minutes. Allow 5 - 8 minutes to walk from the Shuttle gate, usually at the end of the US teriminal, to the taxi stand and into a car. The hotel is just on the other side of the 14th St. Bridge. It is less than a 10 minute drive without traffic, up to 20 or 25 minutes with traffic. I'd say you can reasonably expect to be at the Willard well before noon, perhaps even much earlier. Good luck.

Like all terminals at DCA, terminal C is not very large. I would say you could be at baggage claim/airport exit within a few minutes. Keep in mind that US severly exaggerates flying times on the shuttle flights (BOS-DCA is a 1 hour flight but is always listed between 1 hr 25-30 mins). Hopefully you may even get in earlier than 11:10, giving you more time.
Thanks to both of you for the info!
Dirkman, that was exactly what I needed to know.

Yep, from wheels-up to touch-down flying time between LGA and DCA can be less than 30 minutes. It's the time on the ground after the push that runs-up the clock. And, on occasion, you'll wait on a gate or a marshall at DCA, but I have better luck on Shuttle flights than other mainline service.
