The reservation was made by a NWA agent on the phone. I called US Air to get their confirmation #, seat assignments and my newly generated US Air FF # entered.

On the web site, I then went to view itinerary, entered the US Air confirmation # and my last name. However I am unable to view the reservation. It says please try again or contact your travel manager.

I think you can only view reservations online that were purchased on usairways.com.

Yes. You don't even need the conf #, just flight number will do.
