Hello all . . I am in Paris and am trying to work with EMEA US Airways to clear inventory and get assigned seats for travel back to the US on Sat. However I have had no luck communicating that they need to call inventory to release seats for me and my wife in Envoy . . is there any # that I can call from the EU that will get me to US Chairmans desk?

You can just call the regular CP number from Paris. Just use the country code etc as you normally would calling back home.

Call the toll free international number on the back of your card. That will put you in touch with US Airways in liverpool. Then ask them to transfer you to the CP desk in the USA. And then you can talk to the CP desk where they can relay the information. That way you don't have to pay for the call.

I talked to the CP desk IN PERSON this past weekend and they said that can be done and Liverpool U.K. will connect you.

Thanks to the idea's. I called the LP in UK center. They were able to connect me to CP desk in US.

I tried calling the CP Europe 800# from Rome last month and the recording said the number was not valid anymore. The front desk at the hotel even tried and could not get through.

Don't know if it is an Italy thing or was user error or truly the number is not valid anymore.
