Has anyone stayed at the Grand Hotel Europe in St. Petersburg. I couldn't find much when I searched. Thanks.

Stayed there a few time. Until about a yar ago, it used to be a Kempinski Property. Great location on the Nevsky Prospekt near the Russian Museum, and not far from Hermitage. I believe it is now part of the Mandarin Oriental Group. It is a nice property, and probably along with the Astoria probably recognized as the 2 luxury hotels in Sankt Peterburg.
The Marriott Renaissance near St. Issacs opened a year or so ago. It is not a bad property as well. Also, you might check out the Radisson SAS

I think it's now part of LHW....
I strongly reccomend it, best location and historical heritage. Also very very high prices....
