I rented a car from Discount Markham and Sheppard department for a weekend by a free rental One, Two, Three Card. Because it was free rental, they deliberately brought all insurances for me without asking me although I have my insurance to cover it. I did business with them for many times so I signed the contract without thinking too much and reading the contract carefully. Finally it was too late to find the trap. I called them every other day and talked with their manager Scott for several times, but no answer back at all. I realized they do business just in favour of money, not their customers. In order to free yourself from possible trouble, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY ARE NOT HONEST & SINCERE BUSINESSMEN!

So, you're mad at them because you didn't bother to read the papers you were signing? Since you've rented cars before and seem to be aware of the possibility that car rental companies will make $ from selling you their expensive insurance, don't you think it was your responsibility to verify what you were agreeing to pay for? And how do you know that the employees deliberately did anything - did they confess? And what did the manager, Scott, tell you when you spoke to him several times? And why are you posting this on the Toronto forum, when you already posted the same message in the car rental forum yesterday?
