I'll be arriving PTY around 9-10 pm. How are the taxis from the airport...safe?

Try the Radisson Decapolis. It is a great hotel. It has an unusual "avant Garde" style decoration and modern architecture. It also has a great bar and a walking ramp to the bisggest shopping mall in Panama City.

Official airport taxis are safe.
