I just looked at my DM balance on usairways.com, to see whether the miles from my last trip home from Virginia had been posted yet. Here's what I saw, apart from the actual flights:

100 (Bonus miles)
100 (Total miles)

ONLINE BOOKING BONUS
0 (Actual miles)
1 (Bonus miles)
1 (Total miles)

This flight was booked on April 20, well before the May 6 date that the online booking bonus started. I don't remember seeing anything to the effect that I would get 1 DM every time I booked a flight online. Did I miss it?

exactly same here on May 8 flight.

0 and 1 just show they are preparing to post. I believe it will turn to 1000 next business day.
