Heya.. per my earlier topic, I've dropped to base peon member. Po on that. I want to do a direct gold challenge but the Dividend Miles Service Center says I can only challenge to Silver?

Any ideas how I can do a direct gold challenge? Should I call back and get a different opinion? Is there a way to reach a supervisor or someone I can email/fax/phone directly?

Any help you guys can give is hugely appreciated.

I'm rather surprised that that they would not offer a Gold Challenge if you were targeted for Silver. Apart from trying the DMSC again, I don't really have any ideas. Sorry it didn't work out.

What exactly is a Gold challenge?

robertlew, US's elite status levels are Silver/Gold/Chairmans. they each have different qualification requirements. the "challenge" concept is a privilege of qualifying for less miles, but in less time.

I have not. I tried an email to the dividend miles service center with ATTN Carole Blazer in the topic. Can you post the fax info? Also, does one write a letter and fax it or just make a simple request and fax it?

I'm kinda looking for a winning strategy when I write/fax her I guess.
