Ok, I have 77k Dividend Miles and with to book two tickets to Hawaii in business class. I only have enough Dividend Miles to buy one ticket. I have enough miles on American or Northwest to buy the other ticket. My question, Is there a partner airline that US, AA, or NWA all would work on?
thanks, ts

And I will add that getting to Hawaii will be tough, especially in first class. I've checked dates for the next 3 months and have yet to find anything! I've been able to get there in coach but not get back. This is on United.
Can US miles not be used for a US/Aloha combo to and from Hawaii as well? Or are there any other options on how to get me to Hawaii? This is VERY VERY tough right now.

Why not use your US miles to LA or SFO for 2 tickets, then another of your carriers for the flight to Hawaii?

Can this be done? I was under the impression from US CSR's that it had to be all UA or nothing. I can get to Hawaii about any day in the next 3 months. But getting back is another thing! I didn't find one day that I could get back from Hawaii. I don't know what the deal is. How is it I can get there but not back? It doesn't make a lot of sense.

It'll require a UA flight to get to Hawaii from the mainland, but you can use US or UA to get to that gateway point.
