With all that is going on with USAir these days its the little things that still count. Recently, I purchased a F fare ticket to Freeport becuase it was all that was available on my first leg. The second leg was sold out in F, thus I had a Economy seat confimed. I was a little dissappointed to say the least that I had paid a full F fare for the first time in my life and the longer leg of the two (30min/2hrs) I would be sitting in coach. This morning I recieved a phone call just to tell me that something had opened up and I was now confirmed in First. I told the agent that it was those phone calls and the general way U employees treated customers that kept me coming back everytime. Anyway, just some reflection.

This is nice to hear. And anyone on a paid F ticket deserves all the "little things."

Lucky for you that RDU-FPO at least has some rational pricing for F. From CLT, taking flights 1421 and 1422, $600 dollars more than flying from RDU in F. Pay almost double and fly two less segments, the joy of hub life.
