I also noticed in the press release it said there would not be a quarterly conference call....these calls can be interesting to get at least some sense of where the company is going. Not sure if no call because:
*stock no longer being traded as before; or
*Because of the large loss.

IIRC, there were no calls during Bankruptcy I either. It is possible that they are not required at this time. But, I'm not an attorney nor do I play one on TV.

Quarterly calls are to inform equityholders and equity research analysts. In this case... no equity, no calls. I'm sure the debtors are getting an update, but I'd guess mgt sees no reason to broadcast it around publicly beyond what you'll see in press releases.
