Just completed a week south of Cancun. :) Our outbound was MCI-CLT-CUN and our return was CUN-PHL-MCI. Great service all the way, all legs! ^ Everyone from check-in, gate agents, FA's to pilots were more than friendly and we encountered NO sourpusses anywhere. Even a few Ch 11 jokes from FA's. When a passenger requested a magazine, FA joked "Haven't you heard? We're in CH 11! We can't afford magazines", all with a big smile on her face. We were very happy with service by all US employees and you can count us among those pulling to see them make it!
