I just got off the phone with a great reservation agent that helped me with a *A award. She put in all sorts of routings to get me IAD-LAX-KIX-BKK-SIN-HKG-SFO-PHL-DCA. We spent about 1/2 hour on the phone doing all sorts of routings, and although it's a little long, it's all in C/F mostly on TG and SQ. I didn't catch her name before my cell phone cut out though. Is there anyway for me to get it after the fact? I'd really like to write her a CofE.
