I was challenged to fly X segments by June to become a Gold. I did but haven't seen any mail about it yet. Anyone else?

If you fullfiled the requirements of the challenge, then check your account online, and it should show that you are now a Gold Preferred Member. If it does, then I wouldn't worry too much, you should probably receive your new card about 4 weeks after you qualify.

If your online account does not reflect your new status, I would call the DM service center. I believe that the challenge required you to fly 10 segments (or 10,000 miles) all of which must have been on flights operated by US Airways or US Airways Express. If you fullfiled these requirements, then I would call and ask why your status has not been updated.

If you successfully completed the terms of the challenge and would appropriately registered( remember it was targeted) your status would change online on the third day after the last flight.
