I booked an itinerary for an award and the reservations specialist confirmed my email to get my itinerary emailed to me. She explained it just started today. This is different from virtuallythere, I would assume (I haven't gotten the email yet) more like what United does.

When I had booked on UA it looked like they took the a confirmation webpage, pasted it into an email and sent it to me.
