The best resturant that I have been to in Estonia is called Peoleos. (Forgive me If I did not spell that correctly).
I have a loved everything about the resturant and the service and the food. They have wonderful salads such as a blue cheese salad and great beef and chicken dishes. It is worth driving any distance to go to.
