my favorite newspaper 'Die Neue Zürcher Zeitung' (a high class paper = our swiss 'New York Times') weekly reviews 'in depht' a Restaurant. on their website http://gastronomie.nzz.ch/books/nzzgastro/0/search they also offer a brilliant search function for their Restaurant-archive (you can search by name or by opening-hours, or by price, or by 'kitchen-type', etc. etc.. The reviews are only in (high, not swiss-) German..
