Küsnacht (5 km from Zurich, along the lake of Zurich) Ceccarelli (zur Traube)
A reasonably priced italian, everything than can be possibly made by himself (Pino Ceccarelli) in the kitchen (pasta, sauces, deserts) are made fresh daily. For lunch he serves daily three very nicely priced full-course menues for under or just above SFr 32.--.
The place is in a typical, simple, swiss-house, just about 50 yards away from the third highest rated Restaurant in Switzerland (Michelin and Gault&Millault ratings) 'Kunststube' Küsnacht. Küsnacht is 5 minutes by car from the boarder of the town of Zürich (drive 'upwards' a long the right bank of the lake of Zurich - or take the S-Bahn from Zurich mainstation and leave at Küsnacht (and then walk 5 minutes). Just half a minute by car, or about 5 walking minutes away from dorian's working place.
One of only a few really good Restaurants left that still open on Saturdays and Sundays (closed Monday & Tuesday). All major credit cards.
My favorite: Scallopine al limone, homemade noodles.
