Any thoughts on your favorite Mexican place in Seattle. I think my roommates and I have exhausted the list w/ Jalisco's and Peso's as our favorites. Cactus and El Camino were decent but a big http://www.flyertalk.com/dining/ftdining_forum/thumbsdown.gif to Bimbo's .....en Burrito Kitchen.

Then of course there is Gordito's, and their healthy Mexican burritos the size of Utah http://www.flyertalk.com/dining/ftdining_forum/eek.gif

Guadalajara in Wallingford, Cactus in Madison Park, in Alki there's a great place (total hole in the wall but good food)!
