Oahu-1.Alan Wongs, call ahead 808/949-2526. located in the top floors of a non-descript office building, exellent Pac.Rim food especially the fish! Wish he'd open a restaurant in Wailea or Kihei. I cannot go to HNL w/o going to Alan Wong's!

Maui-1.David Paul's (808/667-5117)great food, located in Lahaina on Lahainaluna street near Front St.

2. Roy's Kihei, located in the Piilani Shopping center, great fish, pupus and service.

This is a different restaurant from David Paul's, which I also like very much.

Maui: Nick's Fishmarket in Wailea at the Fairmont Kea Lani hotel. Outstanding food with service to match.

Kauai: Roy's Poipu. (Or Roy's anywhere, for that matter.)

JerryFF- I think you are thinking of Pacific-0's. It is directly on the water at 505 Front street in Lahaina.

We always go to Marco's Grill & Deli in Kihei for Italian and great lunches.

Hula Grill at lunch
