Marco's serves up great Italian fare and sandwiches for reasonable prices. They also offer a good breakfast. They have two locations, one in Kahului (near the airport if you're hungry when you arrive) or their new location in Kihei. The Kihei location has a great atmosphere and also features outdoor seating.
