If you're ever in South Texas for whatever reason and decide you want to have a gourmet experience near the water Beulah's CANNOT be beat. It's at the old Tarpon Inn at 200 East Cotter Street and is well known throughout the area for excellent food. The atmosphere isn't that great in the dining room but on a beautiful breezy summer evening, dining outside is a sublime experience. The menu changes daily, but I've seen seared tuna on the list several times and it's been superb every time I've had it. The wine list is also extensive. Note that Beulah's is rather pricey but it's definitely worth it.
