On a recent visit to Houston, I told a cabbie that I was in the mood for some good "Texas Ribs." He took me to a place that serves great Baby-Backs - actually the best I've ever eaten! It's called Wings N More. It was on 45 South (Gulf Freeway) at the Wayside exit, next to a McDonalds, and in front of a K-Mart. (about 3 miles out of downtown Houston) Primarily Hispanic clientele, but some really cute Hooter-looking Hispanic waitresses who were very friendly with great smiles and terrific service. They specialize in Wings and Ribs. I didn't try any of their wings. Maybe next time....but I cant imagine they'd be as good as those ribs.
