My brother is a big fan of Uncle Yip's, so on a recent visit to see him we went.

Uncle Yip's would best be described as multi Asain cuisine restaurant.

A Thai soup was quite complex in flavor w/mushroom and crab.

Spring Roll with Seafood was yum.

Our favorite dish was the Rock Salt Scallops.

Uncle Yip's also serves Dim Sum.
