One memorable evening brought us a soup that still brings a tear to my eye. Picture a snow covered, fire capped volcanoe erupting out of a stormy sea and you can begin to visualize the culinary treat before us. Basic Fish stock swimming with smoked salmon skin, underneath a fluffy pile of rice, filled with assorted colored seaweeds and topped with salmon roe. Proper technique is needed to get the entire sensation of the soup. One must drive his/her soup spoon from top to bottom and pop the various portions into one's mouth for the ultimate in taste explosions.
Enjoy the friendly banter around the sushi bar, drink a Kirin or Sapporo or two and experience the Wah!
