on his show "A Cook's Tour" which I am a huge fan of, Chef Bourdain dined at the following places:
Imperial Herbal Restaurant in the Geylang Serai Market. One can actually see a doctor here and be prescribed a meal based on the doctors observations.
H.J.Maimunah (Muslim) 291-7248. A beautiful delicious spread was had, a standout was the BBQ fish.
In the Tekka Market, a pastry called Prata and also stetched tea. Both look delicious and a good idea for a snack.
Sin Huat Eating House is the finest restaurant in Singapore as per Tony Bourdain.
steamed scallops in black bean

What episode was this?
(I do notice an upcoming episode, "One night in Bangkok" on 12/26 at 9:30 PM where he also is in Singapore.) (Fish Head Curry is on my list for my trip in Jan., at either/both Banana Leaf Apollo or Mathu's Curry both on Race Course Rd.)
Guessing now it was this one?
"Singapore: New York in Twenty Years
