My wife and I were in SIN recently and we went here for dinner. It is located on the East Coast Highway next to the Singapore Tennis Club. We ordered 2 lobsters (1.4kg and 1.7kg) and a Sri Lankan Chili Crab(HUGE) for the 2 of us. They showed us the lobsters and crab that they took out of the tank before sending them to the kitchen to get cooked. Service started out very good as there were not too many customers. It started to get worse and ended up terrible as the place became packed. The only saving grace was that the food was good. I had to go refill my glass of water. I had to go find more napkins. I had to ask for and then pay the bill at the cash register. You get the picture. We ended up not getting and dessert and just wanted to get out of there. Funny thing is, a couple days later, we met our waiter at the Raffles City shopping mall and he came by and apologized to us. It was nice of him to do so but it doesn't fix the problem they have in taking care of customers when it gets crowded.
