Any fine Dim Sum restaurants can be found in Kowloon area? How much is about the cost?

There is a wonderful place in the shopping complex across from the Star Ferry terminal on the Kowloon side. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of it for the life of me.
GuyBetsy took me there and it was incredible. They had a wonderful item that was like a small chicken crepe/dumpling covered in yellow curry sauce. They also had the orange "cake" (more like a cream crepe) that I remember from my childhood.

It depends what you mean by "fine". For me the essence of a Dim Sum restaurant is the people coming round with the carts from which you just grab what you want. The place should be brightly lit, noisy and full (hence a very fast turnover of food).
Against these criteria, the Maxim's in City Hall (adjacent to the HK Star Ferry terminal) takes some beating since it also has a floor to ceiling glass wall with a great view over the harbour.
But like all such dim sum places you really need to be with someone who speaks Cantonese.

I agree on going with someone who speaks cantonese... You will get offered GOOD items that normally english speakers don't get offered.
