we tried a restaurant called Yucca de Lac in Taipo Road HKG, part of the Fung Lum restaurant chain
their average per dish price was US 11
their service was worse than a cooked food stall as was the quality of the food
When they presented the bill they had added US 7 for Chinese tea (ching cha)
In 34 years in asia I have never been charged for chinese tea
