Restaurant Kwong-Ming, a chinese upscale restaurant with a terrific menu maison is highly recommendable. It is in Martigny, about 1 hour from Lausanne going into the direction of the Grand-St.-Bernard.
Open everyday except Tuesday.

Menu Bonheur: 93 SFR for 8 courses
Menu Maison: 88 SFR including the delicious Shrimp géants papillion and le canard pekinois.
