I recommend 't Smarte Schaep (The Black Sheep). It was a wonderful dining experience and ranks with the best! Not a tourist trap.

Thanks for the reply. You'r recommendation was excellent. Amsterdam turned out to be a great adventure. Did also spend an evening at a place called "Bice". If you like touristo Italian food it may be worth a try.

So what were your dining experiences MIFlyer?
